Think of an upside-down pyramid right at the middle of your forehead chakra, which is infusing you with light, love, and conviction. You are adept at whatever you wish. 

The pyramid gives you the energy to do it. 

Bring that golden light into your hands. With this light flows a gift that turns your hands green and gives you the right to lay your hands on anyone and yourself to bring about healing & health. 

Forgive yourself for each of the things that you that you think you did, should have done, or didn't do. All you need is the God within and the God without. 

Think of yourself now as a golden light, 

Be there for yourself your loved ones & for anyone who needs you. 

You will not be drained. In your everyday life, throughout each day, try to share some of that light's essence with your co-works, children, and everyone else with whom you come in contact. Wherever you go, let your light shine. Let Love, sanction, and tolerance shine out of you with complete forgiveness and grace. Send it out to those in need today. 

Let that light shine into every corner of your life. 

Think of warm water coming through the very top of your head, rinsing you and cleansing your insides of all toxicity, all darkness. Rinse it all the way down your body. Stand there with this warm, wonderful, life-giving force rinsing over you entire body, warm and comforting, baptizing you. Feel every part of your body knit and heal. 

Now, start to bring yourself up with the energy of God's light. Keep that golden light with you all through the week.
